Born in China, based in France, and working globally over 150 nationalities, Vitty brings a deeply multicultural perspective to every project she undertakes. Her mission is to help individuals and organizations grow in cultural awareness, bridge diverse worlds, and thrive in an interconnected, complex environment.

For over 15 years, Vitty has been shaping minds and transforming leaders and global players. She has guided more than 600 pre-experience students from HEC Paris and other top business schools such as Kedge and Skema, as well as over 800 managers and executives from international firms including AXA, COLAS, and BRED. She designs and delivers tailored executive learning programs that integrate strategic thinking, leadership, sustainability and innovation, AI and data transformation, alongside cultural and social awareness — helping participants broaden their perspectives, embrace challenges once thought impossible, and reconnect with the world around them.
